I think I've babbled on about myself enough in this blog, I think I should introduce the people who really make it all happen at Wise. Of course, you're probably familiar with all of them if you've been with Wise for awhile, but whether you're new or old, it doesn't hurt to become more familiar with our great staff members:

Rental Program Manager

Stacy was born and raised in Vermont on a large dairy farm. (really). She attended Vermont Technical College and has been with Wise Vacations for over 4 years (bless her)! When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew; and golfing, golfing, golfing…
According to Stacy, “My goal for Wise Vacations is to deliver the best possible experience for a guest while providing an equally gratifying experience for our homeowners.”

Vacation Specialist

Jen is a recent graduate (2004) of Green Mountain College in Poultney, VT with a Bachelors in Science and a degree in Leisure Resource Facilities Management. While there, she was a tri-varsity athlete participating in soccer, softball and alpine skiing. And, yes, she did go to class too folks... she took many business, recreation, and environmental classes, all corresponding to her job at Wise. She also had the opportunity to do an internship at The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing, NY (a shi shi resort if I do say so myself). As a Vacation Specialist she works with guests to make sure their vacation is memorable and as she says herself, “trying my best to get them back the next year! I currently came back from the annual VRMA (Vacation Rental Managers Association) Conference and have new ideas for running a great Reservations Department! If you ever need the conditions on the ski slope I’m your go to girl- just email me!” Well there you have it. And if you’re lucky she may let you call her Jenny. (She's been with us for 2 years, and I just started to, so there’s your gauge).

Vacation Specialist

Carol has been at Wise almost as long as I have- but not quite. After 6 years here, repeat guests ask for her by name when making a reservation, and she specializes in matching the guest to the right property. She’s the friendly face when you first walk into our office. Don’t be afraid to stop in and say hi!

Housekeeping Specialist, Vacation Specialist

Lisa came on board well over a year ago and last season learned the ins and outs of Reservations. Coming to us from the hotel industry she brought a vast knowledge of what good customer service is, and she displays that on a daily basis. Last Spring we transitioned her to the field and these days she wears many hats, Reservations, Property Management, Housekeeping Inspector, you name it. And she does it all with a smile.

Ryan Soos,
Property Manager

Ryan is our most recent addition, the rookie of the crew, if you will. However, his contributions to the Wise team are anything but rookie. Ryan is a born and bred Killington native- wow! He is a dedicated and committed member of the Killington Volunteer Fire Department and First Response. If there's a fire truck barreling down the Access Road, it's likely Ryan is aboard. He is also an EMT B. When he's not hanging around the fire house, he's busy inspecting and preparing our properties for rentals.

Property Manager

Mike has been part of the Killington community for many years, first as a contractor involved in much of the construction that took place in the late 70’s and 80’s (oops, did I just date him?) and then as the property manager at Wise for nearly 15 years (well, that number certainly dated him!) when condominium management was a large part of our business. He's back assisting with inspections and helping Stacy coordinate long term maintenance and renovations to houses, so if you have a concern about your property, give him a call!
