Our Killington vacation rentals at The Woods Resort and Spa include Cluster Homes and Village Units, luxury 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses. Each accommodation is individually owned and decorated with unique taste and style.

At The Woods Resort the "Cluster Homes" encompass the Ashwood (A) through Greenwoods (G) clusters. Each cluster contains 8 two level townhouses, ranging from two to three bedrooms, roughly 1700 square feet to 2000 square feet. Each townhouse or "Cluster Home" is fully equipped featuring spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, a master bedroom complete with an oversized whirlpool and sauna in the master bath. Each additional bedroom features a private bath, and the main living area is rounded out with a sleeper sofa, half bath and washer/dryer. Additional sleeping areas can include a sleeper sofa or a futon.

At The Woods Resort the "Village Units" surround The Clubhouse and tennis courts- enjoy a short walk to each. The Village units roughly 1100 square feet to 1500 square feet. Each Village unit is fully equipped featuring spacious living/dining area and kitchen. In most cases the master bedroom is directly off of the living area and has a private bath with whirlpool tub. The second bedroom also has a private bath. The washer/dryer is located on the main level. Additional sleeping areas can include a sleeper sofa or a futon.
