Colony Club Townhouses:  Located on Killington’s Access Road, 2 miles to Snowshed Base Lodge, close to dining and nightlife. These spacious 3 and 4 bedroom contemporary townhouses offer plenty of room for family and friends. Main level living spaces have vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling brick fireplaces. Edgemont Condominiums: Located in Killington’s main basin area, on the shuttle route for skiing and nightlife. Only ¼ mile to Snowshed Base Lodge. Skiers and riders can take the Whiffletree trail off of the Snowshed trail to get back to Edgemont. These 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums are all about location, convenience, and affordability.

The Lodges at Sunrise Village:  Located in Sunrise Village, on the East side of Killington, near the Skyeship Gondola and Bear Mountain Base Lodge. These are upscale 3 bedroom 3 bath condominiums featuring new and state of the art appliances and amenities. They are walking distance to the Sunrise chair lift. Guests also have access to the Falls Brook Common Clubhouse which offers an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center, wi-fi, and restaurant open seasonally. Recommended for those discerning groups looking for the very best accommodations.

Mountain Green Resort:  Mountain Green is located in the main basin area. Walk to Snowshed Base Lodge or take a free shuttle the short distance to Ramshead Base Lodge, both of which are starting points for lessons and children’s programs. Onsite enjoy a restaurant and lounge, stop by for an après ski snack or beverage. Enjoy the spa which features a fitness center, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and spa services. Hit up the ski shop to pick up whatever you might need for that perfect day on the slopes. The kids will love the arcade. Or take the night shuttle bus to area dining and nightlife.

Northside Condominiums: Located off of RT 4 across from Pico Mountain, about 2 miles to the start of Killington’s Access Road. These 1-3 bedroom condos are tucked away in this smaller 12 unit complex. Recommended for those families and small groups looking for comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price.

Pico Condominiums: Located at the base of Pico Mountain at Killington, featuring 48 trails and 7 lifts, this smaller more laid back mountain is 2 miles to the start of the Killington Access Road and 5-7 miles from Killington’s main Base Lodges and is well suited for families and beginners. You can purchase Pico only lift tickets, or a Killington lift ticket will allow you access to Pico Mountain as well.  The main shuttle system runs to Pico and Killington. Pico Condos are quiet and comfortable 1-3 bedroom accommodations. Pico Sports Center on site features an indoor pool, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, and massage therapy. Recommended for those families and small groups looking for comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price, in a smaller Mountain setting.

Sunrise Village: Located on the East side of Killington, near the Skyeship Gondola and Bear Mountain Base Lodge. These 1-4 bedroom accommodations range from the more basic and comfortable to the more elaborately decorated and upscale. They are walking distance to the Sunrise chair lift. Telemark Village Townhouses:  Located a stone’s throw from the start of Killington’s Access Road, just off of RT 100N, this large complex is tucked away on 32 acres bordering the Mountain Meadows Cross Country Ski and Snow Shoe Area. These 2 and 3 bedroom accommodations feature cathedral ceilings and 3 levels of living space. Recommended for families or small groups looking for a quiet setting, comfortable and spacious accommodations at a reasonable price.  

Wintergreen Condominiums: Located about 6 miles from the start of Killington’s Access Road, along RT 100N, close to the VAST snowmobile trails.  These 1-2 bedroom condos are comfortable and affordable, with a common hot tub and sauna on site.

The Woods Resort & Spa: Located ¼ mile up Killington’s Access Road, about 4 miles to Snowshed Base Lodge or Ram’s Head Base Lodge, and a short and convenient drive to restaurants and ski shops along the Access Road. This large complex features 2-3 bedroom condos and townhouses surrounding a Clubhouse which features a fitness center, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. In addition there is a wonderful full service Spa featuring an entire menu of tempting and relaxing services. “Cluster Homes” are 2 and 3 bedroom two level townhouses with 2.5 and 3.5 bathrooms respectively. They feature a large whirlpool tub and sauna. “Village” units are 2 bedroom condos that can either be one level or two, and are closer to the Clubhouse. Accommodations range in decorating style and level of appliances and amenities. Shuttle service is available by appointment to the Base Lodges. Recommended for families or small groups looking for a convenient location and upscale amenities. Perfect for those with non skiers in the group as the Spa is an excellent place to spend the day!

Whiffletree Condominiums:  Located in Killington’s main basin area, on the shuttle route for skiing and nightlife. Only ¼ mile to Snowshed Base Lodge. Skiers and riders can take the Whiffletree trail off of the Snowshed trail to get back to Whiffletree Condos, however please note that it requires some walking and street crossing. These 1-4 bedroom condominiums are all about location, convenience, and affordability.
