| Winter is a wonderland, with the popular Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Center. One of the oldest in the United States, The Mountain Top Inn offers 60 kilometers of trails (40km groomed) for classic and skate skiing, back country and snowshoeing for all levels. Their snowmaking system covers a 1.5km loop. The PistenBully groomer helps us to ensure that conditions are always perfect for our guests. Easy access to the Catamount Trail further extends the number of trails that you will enjoy. The ski shop offers top of the line ski and snowshoe rentals, and the ski school is staffed with friendly and knowledgable instructors for all skill levels. The winter fun does not stop there; The Mountain Top Inn & Resort has a variety of outdoor adventures to keep everyone happy regardless of age or ability — Dog Sled Rides, Snowmobile Tours, Ice Skating (rentals available), Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides and Sledding Hill.
